Gemma Collins FALLS off a horse as she goes riding with fiance Rami and her step son

GEMMA Collins has told fans how she FELL from a horse as she spent the afternoon at the stables with fiance Rami Hawash and her step son.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star headed to social media to detail how she was thrown from the horse on Sunday afternoon.

Gemma, 40, was joined by beau Rami and his son Tristan for the fun day out which she gave fans behind-the-scenes access from with a series of videos.

"Guys, we're at the stables today - I've got Rami up on a horse," the reality TV began as she filmed her fiance riding around behind her.

Looking flustered with her helmet on, she continued: "I've just fallen off the horse - I've got the video footage - but I'm going to get back on, you know me."

She captioned the video clip: "Horse life is just the one. Fallen off already but getting back up here as always."

Gemma followed up with a series of photos of Rami's son Tristan having a go riding a pony, as she thanked a pal for taking them riding.

She also shared a snap of Rami up on a large brown horse, looking smart in a black jacket and black jeans, and keeping protected with a large helmet.

It comes after the star was seen out on a date night with Rami on Friday night, spending the evening boozing with their friends.

Gemma recently underwent a new treatment to look youthful after vowing to ditch the filler – splashing out £160.

She told her followers earlier this week: "I had reflexology today. Everything to kind of keep you on the level when a full moon is happening.”

“What’s so great about this new treatment is it’s not filler, it’s not Botox, it keeps you looking youthful.

"Which, guys, we all want that now. That nice, youthful look without looking pumped up, filled up. So check it out. It’s a new product on the market.”

Gemma is head over heels in love with Rami  and considers herself to be a stepmum to his young son Tristan.

The couple are hoping to have a child of their own this year and will be free to marry once Rami's divorce has gone through.

Gemma credits him with changing her life and says she's now happier than ever.

She said: "I’m happy. I’m happy and I’m settled. I am with the love of my life."

Rami, who Gemma previously split from in 2014, came back into her life "out of nowhere" during the pandemic.

"We’re so happy, I’ve got a little step son now and I’ve got a really good balance," said Gemma. "It’s not all work, I’ve got a great personal life and please God, we go on to have a baby next year, when I’ve got some time – to do what you need to do to have a baby, because I’ve not had much time recently. Sorry, Ram!

"I feel like I’ve got my family now, my own family and we’re gonna be becoming a family and it’s kind of been the best year of my life really."
