Katie Price facing JAIL after she’s arrested ‘over texts to Kieran Hayler’s fiancee Michelle Penticost’

KATIE Price is facing JAIL after being arrested for allegedly texting her ex Kieran Hayler's new fiancee.

The reality star, 43, was only released at 3pm today following a quizzing by cops at Worthing police station - after being taken from her home in Horsham at 5.45pm yesterday.

It is understood she allegedly sent an abusive text to ex Kieran and his fiancee Michelle Penticost - breaching a court-imposed ban.

And now she may face prison time for being arrested while still on licence for her drink-drive shame.

Katie was pictured leaving the police station this afternoon after being quizzed by cops overnight and throughout today.

Fiance Carl Woods drove the ex-glamour model away in a £35,000 Mercedes AMG.

Breaching a restraining order carries a maximum prison sentence of five years.

She is already on a 16 week suspended sentence for drink driving - meaning she could be recalled to prison.

Sussex Police said: “At 5.45pm on Friday (21 January) police responded to a report that a suspect had breached their restraining order.

“Officers arrested a woman in her 40s who remains in custody while enquiries are ongoing.”

Katie was slapped with the five-year order in 2019 after she called Michelle a "f***ing c***" during a foul-mouth tirade at the school gates.

She was forbidden from contacting Michelle "directly or indirectly".

At the time Katie described the court drama as "exaggerated nonsense" and wasn't sorry because she "didn't do anything that bad".

But she pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Horsham Magistrates Court.

Katie and Kieran wed in January 2013 and share two children, Bunny, 5, and six-year-old Jett.

They split in early 2018 following numerous allegations of cheating.

Kieran is now engaged to Michelle and they share a baby son called Apollo.

The Sun revealed this week that detectives want to talk to ex-stripper Kieran over historic rape allegations.

He has voluntarily agreed to answer questions over three alleged incidents with a woman who was known to the couple while they were still married in 2016.

Kieran is said to have immediately agreed to be interviewed, saying he was happy to co-operate and clear his name.

A spokesman for Kieran said: “Kieran is very saddened by these false allegations, and is happy to fully assist the police and co-operate fully to ensure he is quickly vindicated.

“But he is keen not to get into a public dispute and would prefer to rectify this matter with the police as quickly and calmly as possible, and continue to focus on his own life and future.”

The arrest comes just weeks after Katie avoided jail for flipping her car in a drink-drive crash.

A judge slammed her for believing she is "above the law" but couldn't send her to prison because of a legal loophole.

Katie was driving to see a pal because she was "lonely" when she overturned her BMW in Horsham, West Sussex, in September.

She was already banned from driving when she got behind the wheel after taking cocaine and downing vodka and lemonades.
