JODEYNE Higgins is a former figure skater famed for her appearances on Dancing on Ice.
Following the death of her skater husband Sean Rice, who also appeared on the ITV show, we take a look at her glittering career.
Who is Jodeyne Higgins?
Jodeyne Higgins was born in Canada in 1974.
She grew up skating and went on to become a two-time Canadian pairs bronze medallist in 1993 and 1995 with partner, and later husband, Sean Rice.
The pair were also crowned Canadian fours champions on four separate occasions between 1993 and 1996.
Years later, Jodeyne made the decision to take a step back from competitive skating and joined the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the ice show director.
She later took part in Canadian figure skating reality show and competition Battle of the Blades, paired with hockey player Ken Daneyko.
They were eliminated in week four of the programme.
Jodeyne and Sean then flew to the UK to skate as professionals on ITV's Dancing On Ice in 2011.
Jodeyne reached the semi-finals with British Army regiment soldier Johnson Beharry, and also performed on the DOI Tour.
The Victoria Cross hero said upon his departure: "There's no need to be sad, I had loads of fun - the time of my life."
DANCING ON ICE
The following year, Jodeyne danced with singer Chico Slimani, after Chesney Hawkes injured himself in training, and finished third in the series seven final.
On her blog, Jodeyne shared her pride at "pushing the edge" in Canadian pairs, skating with three lifts designed by herself and Sean - the Riggins, Higgrice, and Floringo.
She said: "It has been noted in Canadian Skating that we till this day have done some of the most innovative and difficult lifts and tricks in the world."
Jodeyne now regularly promotes health and wellness online.
Did she have children with Sean Rice?

Jodeyne describes herself on social media as a "proud mum" to the youngster, while friends called Sean a "great husband and poppa bear" following his death.
On Signey's own Instagram, which is private due to her age, she describes herself as a "happy go lucky little girl travelling the world, helping to make people smile".
She adds: "I play lots and love being happy with my wonderful family."
Who was Sean Rice?

Like his wife, he was born in Canada and the pair went on to win several medals and championships.
After a successful competitive career, Sean performed on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
He then joined ITV's DOI as a professional skater.
In 2011, during his first appearance on the show, he was paired with TV presenter and journalist Angela Rippon.
Unfortunately, the duo were knocked out in the early stages of the competition, but he came fighting back the following year with his celebrity partner Chemmy Alcott - a British Olympic alpine ski racer.
Sean and Chemmy made it all the way to week 10.
The couple enjoyed eight dances on the show, including one to Pilot's Magic, with an average score of 20 out of 30.
