EASTENDERS star Tamzin Outhwaite's boyfriend has been rushed to hospital for an emergency operation after suffering from brutal stomach pains.
The soap actress took to her social media to reveal that beau Tom Child was taken to A&E to have his appendix removed over the weekend.

Tamzin, 51, took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon to detail how Tom, 30, had been suffering from intense pain in his stomach before heading to hospital.
She wrote to her fans: "Good morning all. My bloke went to A and E with bad stomach pains and ended up in theatre having his appendix out."
The star encouraged her fans to head to his Instagram page if they needed "a laugh" as she revealed he was "cracking up" the doctors around him.
Tom had been given a full anaesthetic and a dose of morphine to cope with the pain of the operation, leaving him babbling to the nurses.
The film maker had posted a series of post-op clips on Saturday afternoon, seeing him slightly delirious as he bartered with the staff for more morphine.
"What was your name again, fella?" Tom could be heard asking the doctor. "Robell? That's a beautiful name, you're a beautiful person.
"I tell you what would make you a bit more of a beautiful person, if you would slip me a bit more of that morphine. Are you gonna slip me some or not?"
A second clip saw Tom chatting to a nurse, comparing a second dose of morphine to "cheese and wine at the end of a meal".
Pretending to be in pain, he writhed around before adding: "Some morphine would go down superbly well, just like cheese and wine at the end of the meal."

Tamzin headed to the comments section to reveal she too had been left "laughing" by the series of clips, as she told him not to come home "an addict".
"Don't come home a morphine addict baby," she wrote. "I love the fact the doc says 'You've made my day, I haven't laughed all day'."
Tamzin's celebrity pals also chimed in to say they found the videos "hilarious", including Heart Radio host Amanda Holden and actress Nicola Stephenson.
"You will literally make friends ANYWHERE, I am howling," Nicola wrote, as actor Charlie Condou chimed in: "This made me howl, I love it."
It comes shortly after Tamzin revealed she had told toyboy Tom that she will call time on their relationship if he decides he wants kids.
The couple, who met outside a London yoga studio four years ago, now live together with Tamzin’s daughters Florence, 13 and nine-year-old Marnie, from her marriage to Miranda actor Tom Ellis, 42.
But Tamzin, 51 — who recently appeared as Scarecrow on The Masked Dancer and starred in hit BBC1 drama Ridley Road — does not want any more babies, even with “fit and funny” Tom.
She said: “You know that people are thinking, ‘Yeah, but what about when he wants kids?’
“He really doesn’t want kids but if he said, ‘Babe, I really want to have children’, then why would I stop him doing that?”
Categorically ruling out using a surrogate, Tamzin added: “I’ve got two. I’ve really got to keep my eye on the ball keeping these two well, alive and healthy. I’m not having any more. No way. I’m done.”

Tamzin, who starred as Mel Owen in EastEnders between 1998 and 2019 and twice won Sexiest Female at the British Soap Awards, has vowed in the past never to remarry because her daughters would “hate” it.

Yet she has had a change of heart and now says their objections would no longer put her off.
She said: “It’s not about the girls. If I wanted to get married, I would. But I don’t see a need now, I feel free and it’s lovely.”
