Big Brother’s Lateysha Grace shows off the results of her £4k plastic surgery haul… including her THIRD bum lift

REALITY TV star Lateysha Grace has just had bum enlargement surgery for the THIRD time after going viral when she exposed her bare backside live on Big Brother's Bit on the Side.
The BB contestant had £4,000 worth of cosmetic procedures in Turkey last week at a clinic called Elite Cosmetic Surgery – including a Brazilian buttock lift, additional liposuction to her arms and upper back, face contouring and her breast implants removed.
Now Lateysha, who shocked viewers when her skintight mini-dress split wide open at the rear live on national television, has told Bizarre that she has plans to enlarge her bum even further.
The 23-year-old revealed: “I love my new bum but I know that I want more.
“I’ve got plans to get it done again in a couple of months. I don’t know what’s wrong with me.
“I’m constantly looking at myself in the mirror and thinking ‘oh, I want this bigger’ or ‘I want my waist smaller’ – I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with my body.
“I have this idea in my head that I want a small body and a big bum and that’s the body I love. I love curvaceous, womanly bodies.
“I've had my bum done three times now and I'm going to get it done a fourth time - I won't stop until I'm completely happy with it."
The Valley’s girl added: “Next I’m going to have my boobs re-done, I want a nose job, my face re-shaped and my second big toe done because my second one is longer than the rest of my toes but apparently that’s the most painful thing you can get done.”
But Lateysha’s huge new bum, which she claims now weighs the amount of “four large bags of sugar”, didn’t come without “extremely painful” side effects and procedures.
Speaking about the surgery itself, she revealed: “They took fat from my stomach, my waist, my back, my arms, my arm pits, my inner thighs and underneath my chin and then they pumped all of that into my bottom and my hips.
“It was extremely painful and very intrusive – afterwards you feel like you’re dying but once you’ve taken the medication the next day you feel a lot better.
“But I’m not going to lie it’s a really painful procedure. I couldn’t sit down or lie down on my bum – I had to sleep on my front which is annoying because it hurts your neck.”
And Lateysha, who received her buttock surgery for free, has revealed that onlookers have even started noticing the sheer size of her new bottom.
She joked: “I knew it was big afterwards as when I was coming back from the airport after my surgery, there was a little girl who was about four-years-old and she went: ‘Mummy that lady has a big bottom’.
“And I was like ‘If a little child is noticing that my bum is massive then it must be'.”
Despite her love of going under the knife, Lateysha has revealed that she is never going to encourage her one-year-old daughter Wynter to have any plastic surgery.
The mum-of-one said: “She’s always going to know I’ve had surgery as I always openly speak about it but I'm never going to advise her to get surgery.
"But if she was getting down and depressed like I was, I would support her decision to get it.
"It's not a nice thing to put your body through really.
"The reason I do it is because I'm insecure - point blank - before I did TV I never thought of having surgery but people always dig out the bad things about yourself on TV so it does play on your mind."
The model added: "People used to call me pancake arse but oh god it's definitely not a pancake now.
"Hopefully Wynter will never have to feel depressed about how she looks like I did though.
"I'm always going to tell her she's beautiful and make her feel amazing so she doesn't feel like she needs to get any surgery."
Lateysha is happy to flaunt her own surgery though and has even admitted that she is hoping to show Rylan Clark-Neal her new posterior – after he was given a close-up of her bum when she split her dress during an interview with him on BBOTS.
The self-confessed "Welsh Beyonce" admitted: “When I next see Rylan I’m going to show him my new bum – definitely.
“I’m sure he’d love it definitely! I’ll be able to twerk better now for him now I’ve got a bigger bum – I’m the queen of twerking."
