Jade Goody’s adorable son Freddie starts ‘big school’ and reassures doting dad Jeff Brazier ‘I don’t need to be scared’

Jeff shared his heart-warming exchange with the 11 year old today

JADE Goody's former partner Jezz Brazier has shared a heart-warming exchange with his son Freddie as he prepared for his first of senior school.

The 11 year old headed off to start a new term today and Jeff was moved by his positive attitude.

Jeff took to Twitter this morning to tell his 490,000 followers about Freddy's first day at senior school.

The TV presenter revealed he had a heart-to-heart with the youngster last night as he made his final preparations for the big day.

Freddie insisted he just wants to be "brave", look "smart" and be himself.

Jeff tweeted: "Fred - 'I don't need to be scared because I look smart & can just be myself' as he said goodnight ahead of his first day in senior school..."

He went on to reveal Freddy would be joining his elder brother Bobby, 13, at 'big school' and already has friends to show him around.

The TV star wrote: "So now both are in senior school, the beauty of having a kids football team, Fred had some older boys to walk him in & show him where to go."

, he wrote: "After a year of blissfully living by the seaside, last week we packed our belongings back into boxes and transported them neatly back to the place we know best...

"Why do it? Well, somehow I blinked and Bobby was 13.

"After a bad year at his Brighton school at the hands of a few questionable friends who played on his sensitivities, taking advantage of his eagerness to please and fit in to their group, I knew I’d be moving him again."

He added of Freddy: "Freddy was keen to come back too even though he has really progressed during the past year.

"I think it’s partly in empathy for his brother but I know he wants it too.... He’s a resilient child who could cope with any challenge anyway."

Jeff wrote of leaving his adopted home in Hove: "I’ve always been told that parenting is putting the kids’ needs before your own...
