Ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer accuses BBC bosses of fixing it for winner who ‘has already been picked’

James Jordan claims the process 'isn't fair'

FORMER Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan has accused BBC bosses of fixing the show for married dancers Karen and Kevin Clifton to win.

James, who was axed from the BBC competition in 2014, wrote on Twitter as the pairings for the new series were announced: "The producers have been trying for years to get one of them to win."

His comments came as singer Louise Redknapp was partnered with Kevin, while Kevin's wife Karen was paired up with all-round performer Will Young.

James even went as far as to predict "3 Clifton's in the final" after Kevin's sister Joanne was set up with sports presenter Ore Oduba.

James, who's married to fellow dancer Ola, went on: "Did anyone notice some pro's ALWAYS get celebs that have had loads of dance training.

On former Eternal girl band member Louise, James added: "I really like Louise but she is already an amazing dancer and also was a judge on SYTYCD judging pro dancers..... Final for sure!!!"

Both Louise and Will are among the .

Louise studied at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, while the former Pop Idol winner studied both ballet and contemporary dance.

In response, a BBC spokeswoman said: "This claim is complete and utter rubbish.

";Pairings of celebrities with the professional dancers is based on many factors and designed to give the celebrities the best possible experience on the show.

"It’s the public who decides the winner, not producers."
