My life’s been like a horror film and I have panic attacks after stalker left me fearing for my life, says Steph Davis
HOLLYOAKS star Stephanie Davis has opened up about her stalker hell and admitted the terrifying experience has left her with panic attacks.
The Celebrity Big Brother alum said she felt like her "life became a horror film" and feared she would die at the height of her ordeal.
Stephanie also revealed that she stopped sleeping out of fear for her son's safety as she discussed the impact the horrifying experience has had on her.
Speaking to , the 28-year-old said: "I wasn't sleeping, every time I left home I was having panic attacks, I wasn't sleeping so I was waking up panicked and checking Caben as I thought something was going to happen to him.
"At this point, I was like what am I going to do if he tries to kill me, it was really scary, he's coming to my house.
"He is waiting for hours outside - what is he planning? Is he looking for ways to get in? Is he watching through the window? Is he doing something more disturbing?"
The former soap star's stalker, Alex Boston, 43, pleaded guilty on November 12 to stalking her.
However he failed to turn up to sentencing on December 22 and there is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

In November, it was reported that the crazed fan bombarded Stephanie with creepy gifts and skulked outside her home, which eventually led to her moving.
He sent her messages on social media and delivered letters and gifts while loitering outside Stephanie's home.
Alex Boston pleaded guilty to one charge of stalking at Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates Court.
JPs heard how Stephanie was subjected to a "frightening and distressing campaign of obsessive and unwanted contact".
Boston's three-month campaign of harassment finally came to an end in July this year when police identified him using DNA from one of the letters he sent.
When cops searched his home in Moreton, they found several more letters he planned on sending to Stephanie.
Boston was due to be sentenced on December 22 but he failed to turn up.
Ronan Molloy, District Crown Prosecutor for CPS Mersey Cheshire, said: "Stalking and harassment can take many forms, but the common denominator in all such cases is an unhealthy fixation on an individual by the perpetrator.
"Stalking is a serious offence, one which has a significant impact on the victim.
"The CPS is committed to the prosecution of these offences, working closely with our partners to ensure that victims are supported and protected wherever possible.
"Stalking is not a form of flattery and is not something women in public life should simply have to expect. It is a harmful practice and it will be taken very seriously.”
Stephanie found fame playing Sinead Shelby on Hollyoaks from 2010 to 2015.
She returned to the popular Channel 4 soap in 2018 but left again last year to pursue new projects.
