A VIDEO of Outnumbered star Daniel Roche honking on a “beer bong” has gone viral on Twitter – just days after his co-star Ramona Marquez angrily denied accusations of drug use.
The 16-year-old actor, who played mischievous Ben in the BBC series, was filmed on his knees drinking from the bong while crowds around him cheered at Reading Festival last week.
Daniel appeared bleary eyed and began to stumble after downing the drink.
With the 28 second clip being shared thousands of times online, many have praised the teen’s efforts.
One Twitter user wrote: “Ben from Outnumbered doing a beer bong at Reading. Class.”
Daniel played Ben on the BBC show from 2007-2014, bagging the role when he was just seven-years-old.
Since the show wrapped, he's swapped acting for the world of Rugby and currently plays for Wasps RFC Academy.
At the height of his acting career, Ben won himself a Children’s BAFTA in 2010 for his role in Just William.
Just days before the video emerged, Daniel’s 15-year-old co-star Ramona was forced to hit back at trolls who suggested she was taking drugs at the same festival.
Ramona, who was just six when she appeared on the BBC show, blasted comments she was “pinging out of her nut” in an online post.
She wrote: "I really enjoyed Reading and meeting lots of fans and cool people it was so lit ???? it is pretty upsetting though now seeing people posting about me and saying that Im doing drugs and really horrible things like that??
“I just don’t understand why people feel the need to being a**holes, it’s such a p**s take. But apart from that everyone was so lovely.”
