TOWIE's Frankie looks better than ever following a difficult two years
FOLLOWING her incredible two stone weight loss, fitness fanatic Frankie Essex has continued her strict exercise regime.
The former Towie star, 28, was pictured arriving at a gym in Essex on Wednesday morning – showing off her shrinking frame ahead of a workout.
Frankie wore leggings and a sporty crop top for her trip out.
Clutching a large bottle of water and oversized pink gym bag, the reality star looked ready to burn some calories as she made her way through the car park.
Joey Essex’s older sister recently revealed she’d finally started to feel confident again following a difficult two years.

Frankie wrote on Instagram: “It's been a rollercoaster of a ride the past two years but I'm finally feeling like me again.
“My confidence is coming back, I'm out more and I'm so grateful to my aamily and some very close friends who have been there for me through this journey.
“I know it's been as hard for you as it was for me and I'm still not there 100% but I will be and I promise I will stay the Frankie you all know and love.'
In May, Frankie opened up to Now magazine how her split from John Lyons led to her life – and weight – spiralling out of control.
She confessed: “After we split up I went to Thailand for three weeks and didn’t tell anyone apart from my family.
"Running away from Essex – I couldn’t even drive down the high street alone, I was so filled with anxiety – made me feel better and being near the water made me feel calm.
“I’d go drinking, then feel sorry for myself and eat, and I kept eating.
“I’d have cups of tea with four or five biscuits. I’d eat fry ups all day long and then go out for dinner. I was enjoying my freedom, but piling on the weight.”
Revealing the extent of her dark time, Frankie added: “I did think about wanting to die. I’m on a six-week waiting list to see a counsellor and in the meantime I’m on antidepressants.
