She was joined by a group of pals including EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite, Emmerdale's Nicola Stephenson and TV chef Lisa Faulkner.
Bancroft actress Sarah Parish and BBC Radio 2 host Angela Griffin also joined the group of women for their weekend away to the coast.
Amanda was filmed advertising Marks and Spencer's new gin as she told fans she was going "into the sea on a cold December day".
The mother-of-two threw off her towel to reveal her toned body in a cut-out swimsuit as she struck an enthusiastic pose for the camera.
The camera continued rolling as she took off her boots and grabbed her friends by the hands before getting in the sea in a second clip.
