Sporting a floor-sweeping, high-neck green gown that kept her ample assets well and truly hidden, the 25-year-old oozed glamour.
She wore her long dark tresses partially up in a beehive do and added a touch of sparkle with diamond earrings, a bracelet and glittery heels.
The look of delight on her face when Ex On The Beach star Bear, 26, was named the winner of the Channel 5 reality TV show was clear.
As he exited the famous Borehamwood bungalow, he made a beeline Chloe who wrapped her arms around him as they kissed.
