The Emmerdale actress showed off her super toned shape as she strolled along the sands.
Recently the former Hollyoaks babe revealed that she had her body criticised online but she doesn't listen to the haters.
On Friday Gemma overheard a conversation about "how women should look" and she decided to post to Instagram.
She wrote: "We can Look how we want!" everyone has their own idea of what they like and dislike with regards to physique. I like woman with muscle. Jen Widerstorm is goals for me right now but I would never tell a woman she SHOULD have muscle just because I like it. As long as you are prioritising YOUR health and focusing on YOUR goal what does it matter! Body builders to ballerinas to yoga queens to belly dancers, be who YOU want."
Recently Gemma appeared on This Morning to talk about bodyshaming.
She said: "People say to me 'Real women have curves.'Well I don't – I am straight up and down. It's mostly men actually, they say women shouldn't have muscles."
"But that's like me saying to a man that unless they look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, they're not a man, which isn't right. I just ignore all the trolls."
