Denise Welch looks happy and healthy as she shows off her impressive figure in patterned bikini
Former Loose Women panellist has been the face and body of LighterLife for three years

DENISE Welch has shown off her fabulous figure in a new social media snap.
The former Loose Women panellist took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a picture of her in a patterned yellow bikini, showcasing her flat tummy and toned legs.
Captioning the shot, she wrote: "Staying sober. Staying slim. Staying sane. @LincolnTownley @LighterLifeFast @gordonwise xx".
The 58-year-old has been the face and body of LighterLife since 2013, when she signed up to the plan to lose weight ahead of her marriage to second husband Lincoln that summer.
Speaking at the time, she said: "I'd swapped drinking too much for eating too much.

"What I quickly realised through the LighterLife group work was that I often listened to the Child's voice inside my head: the rebel that says 'Go on, you deserve it.'
"I was ignoring my rational, adult voice. In practical terms, this means that I now stop and think before I eat."
Denise - who has been open about her battles with alcohol and depression in the past - has also seen a dramatic change in her overall health since taking up the LighterLife plan, revealing how she had reduced her osteoarthritis in her knee by 90 percent, which she credits with her weight loss.
The former Coronation Street actress managed to loses two stone before her nuptials in Portugal to PR manager Lincoln, and has managed to maintain the weight loss for the last three years.
Denise also credits her husband with helping her give up alcohol for good, having been tea-total since their wedding day.
She told the last year: "It's taken me longer than a lot of women to 'grow up'
"But I met my husband, we gave up alcohol, I no longer smoke, I eat well and value my health and fitness."
Clearly proud of her achievements, Denise shared the bikini picture which sees her posing with a big smile on her face, and having struggled with crippling depression in her 30s and 40s, the actress has every reason to be delighted with her achievements.
Speaking to LighterLife she added: "On top of the physical health benefits, my wellbeing has also greatly improved.
"I have a radiance that I didn’t have before."
