LOOSE Women star Coleen Nolan has revealed she lost TWO stone after turning vegan as she enjoys the "best sex of her life".
The TV presenter insists she didn't decide to go plant-based in order to lose weight, but nonetheless has enjoyed the benefits of her new diet.
Coleen, 56, admitted the only thing she misses about her life before turning vegan is an occasional McDonald's milkshake.
Speaking to magazine, the singer added that she felt better than ever after shedding two stone - while also sharing that she's had veneers fitted.
She said: "I feel much better than I've ever felt. I've changed my diet and had my teeth done, which I just love... I can't stop smiling."
Coleen joked that she was worried she would "be in a mobility scooter before 60" if she hadn't lost weight as her "back and hips were bad".
"Getting off the sofa was hard work," she explained ahead of her decision to go vegan, inspired by her 20-year-old daughter Ciara.
Ciara - who she shares with ex-husband Ray Fensome - showed her mum documentaries which promoted the health benefits of a vegan diet.
Admitting she feels the benefits of not eating animal products constantly, Coleen joked the only thing she misses are McDonald's milkshakes.
"I've probably dropped a couple of stone," she continued. " The weight loss was just a bonus. Me going vegan was never about losing weight."

Coleen recently revealed that she's having the "best sex of her life" after finding love on Tinder having got her confidence back.
She went on the dating app back in May after the relationship with her toyboy lockdown boyfriend fizzled out - and quickly found herself a man.
Coleen said: "He’s kind, caring, funny, romantic and the sex is great. He’s awoken something in me. He’s awoken a tiger, which I didn’t know was there.
“The best thing is that for the first time in my life I know for sure I am with a man because I want to be and not because I feel I need to be.”
The pair haven't been going out for very long, but she's happy that she's met the divorced dad of one.
She told the : “I have met someone wonderful and I am really happy – he makes me feel like I am 20 again.
“It has only been three-and-a-half months so it’s really early but we are dating and the kids have all met him and love him."
After not having sex for five years, Coleen added that she felt nervous to get intimate with her new lover.
The TV star added: "That was the scariest part. I was mortified just thinking about it.

“I haven’t had sex for about five years. I am older, and everything has gone a bit south, so you have all those insecurities."
Coleen now feels "sexier than ever" and loves to have sex "anywhere in the house at any time of day".
