Towie’s Pete Wicks in ‘intense stand-off’ with Megan McKenna’s former friend Courtney Green during frosty reunion

Megan McKenna’s explosive fall out from former best friends Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green resulted in an “intense stand-off” at this year’s V Festival – as boyfriend Pete Wicks defended her honour.

The hot couple came face-to-face with Courtney, who admitted their friendship had ended in last week’s Towie finale, as Pete attempted to resolve the drama.

Megan McKenna’s boyfriend Pete Wicks had an “intense stand-off” with her former friend Courtney Green at V Festival

After trying to avoid each other for the majority of the festival, the former friends bumped into each other minutes before David Guetta’s set on the main stage.

An onlooker told The Sun Online: “It looked really intense.

“Pete was really going in at her and defending his girlfriend Megan while she partied with the rest of the gang and left them to it.

“They had a really long stand-off and seemed to finally settle their differences after a good hour or so.”

The girls fell out after Courtney and Chloe betrayed Megan by hanging out with her enemies Lydia Bright and Chloe Lewis.

Chloe accused the former Celebrity Big Brother star of previously sleeping with her ex, Jake Hall, which she denies ever happening.
