Joe Jonas has written scathing break-up songs about Gigi Hadid – but they’ll never see the light of day
DNCE frontman has taken the moral high ground and buried songs written about his ex-lover
GIGI HADID need worry no longer about awkward run-ins with her ex JOE JONAS, as it sounds like he’s finally forgiven her for trading him in for ZAYN MALIK.
The DNCE frontman boasted in February he was “writing a song that would p*ss someone off” in a not exactly subtle tweet just a few months after being dumped for the former 1D star.
And just last month he confessed he wanted to kill Gigi – albeit in a game of sh*g, marry, kill on US TV.
But now Joe has decided to get over it rather than get mad, confirming his Gigi tracks will never see the light of day as long as he can help it.
He said: “Those songs in particular didn’t make the album.
“You might hear them eventually, songs leak all the time, but I think the place I was in my life when I wrote them, I’m not there anymore, so it wouldn’t make sense to release them.
“I’m much happier than I was. They were reactive and therapeutic. You’ve got to let it all out and sometimes you have to step back and say, ‘Is this me still to this day?’ and you realise that you’re in a different place.”
His ex TAYLOR SWIFT could take a leaf out of Joe’s book.
