Team GB’s Claudia Fragapane is banned from dating until age 25 by dad ahead of Strictly series
NEW Strictly signing Claudia Fragapane has been slapped with a relationship ban ahead of this year’s series - by her own dad.
The Team GB gymnast, 18, is the latest star to be announced by show bosses but her as yet unconfirmed dancing partner faces a tough test to get her on a date.
Claudia said: “My dad has banned any boyfriends until I’m 25.
“Gymnastics is a young sport so I know I’ll have time for stuff when I’m older.

“All I want at the moment is to set up my own gym and go on Strictly Come Dancing.”
Claudia joins model Daisy Lowe, 27, and TV presenter Laura Whitmore, 31, on the show this year.
She competed for Team GB at the Rio Olympics and made history by becoming the first English female to win four gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 84 years in 2014.
