James ‘Arg’ Argent’s skinny frame is swamped in baggy shirt after impressive weight loss following surgery
JAMES 'ARG' ARGENT looked happier than ever as he showed off his nine-and-a-half stone weight loss.
Doctors told Arg to lose weight and he had a gastric sleeve fitted after hitting 27 stone.
Speaking in June, he said: "I'm excited about what the future is going to bring."
Now, four months on, the Towie star has shared an inspiring update an incredible photo showing off his monumental progress.
The TV star said in a post on his LinkedIn page: "I have worked on myself both inside and out. I am now in a better place mentally whilst feeling the best I have felt for years physically.
"If there is one thing I can pass on from my own personal experiences to you, it’s no matter what challenges you face and how that life may get just remember to keep moving forward.
"Even if it seems impossible one day you will look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come, and proud of the journey you’ve taken."
Arg - who split from Gemma Collins during lockdown - had gastric sleeve surgery earlier this year after his weight hit 27 stone after overindulging during lockdown.
Doctors had warned Arg he could die if he did not lose weight.
