POLDARK beauty Heida Reed has admitted she is attracted to her hunky co-star Aidan Turner.
The actress play's Poldark's love interest Elizabeth in the BBC bodice-ripper, and confesses the chemistry is also strong offscreen.
Irish actor Aidan has won a legion of female fans with his turn as brooding Ross Poldark in the period drama.
The hero had his heartbroken by his first love, haughty Elizabeth, when she married another man, and Heida, 28, admits she doesn't have to fake the attraction between the pair.
When asked whether she is drawn to her hunky co-star, she told You magazine: "Who doesn't? Of course I do!"
She added of the dark-haired actor: "[Aidan] loooks great. I understand the popularity [with fans]."
However, Heida hopes viewers watch the show for more than just her co-star's good looks.
She said: "I hope people enjoy it for more than a topless scene."

Heida became friends with Aidan while they were filming the first series of the show in Cornwall, and she often tweets pictures of them together.
News of her feelings for the being Human star may come as a surprise to Heida's American boyfriend Sam Ritzenberg, 30.
The couple has been enjoying a road trip around the US this summer, but Heida was back in London this week for a script read-through with her Poldark castmates.
She was spotted hanging out with Aidan and Eleanor Tomlinson, who plays' Poldark's maid-turned-wife Demelza.
The session was to go through scenes for the upcoming third season of the hit show.
The second season of Poldark airs on BBC 1 from 4 September.
