Stephen Bear's family share sweet snaps while discussing his happy upbringing
CELEBRITY Big Brother’s Stephen Bear may be best known as this year’s trouble maker, but his family have revealed what he's really like away from the show.
During an exclusive interview with The Sun Online, Stephen’s brother Danny Bear dived down memory lane while sharing some unseen family snaps.
“He was always the life and soul of the party as a kid,” Danny tells us.
“All he has ever wanted to do is put a smile on people’s faces.”
“He’s was such a happy go lucky kid…
"Mad as a box of frogs who lit up any room he’s in."
In one of the family snaps, Stephen and his brother are seen eating ice cream during a beach break.
Another picture shows the boys posing with their proud dad.
Discussing his brother’s controversial actions on the show, Danny insists there's more to Stephen than meets the eye.
He adds: “I’ll always refer to him as Stephen, because that’s who he is – not Bear.”
“Bear is just a character on a TV show.
“There are some elements that are him, but Bear's a character.
“At the end of the day it’s an entertainment show and he’s an entertainer."

When asked what the real Stephen is like, Danny responded: “He’s a caring, loving, emotional boy.
“I love the way he dotes on my children.
“He’ll cook for them, play with them, help them with their homework.
“He even rescued two cats once.
“All he has ever wanted to do is entertain… it doesn’t matter what he’s doing.”
