Inside Tyson Fury’s property empire from glam mansions in Marbella & Las Vegas to ‘humble’ £550k Morecambe home

AFTER smashing Deontay Wilder in a nail-biting clash in Las Vegas and celebrating with a two-day bender, Tyson Fury is continuing the party back home in Morecambe.

The Gypsy King, 33, and his wife Paris have moved into a new seaside mansion in the Northern town overlooking the bay worth a reported £1.7million.

It's the latest addition to the boxing legend's ever-growing property portfolio and his second home in Morecambe.

But for a man of such jaw-dropping wealth - reportedly up to £120million - Tyson appears to be spending his money modestly (bar a £500,000 watch and a £250,000 Ferrari GTC4Lusso).

He claims he could live on £10,000 a year - a stark contrast to other flashy sportsmen like Cristiano Ronaldo, who owns a fleet of cars worth £17million including three Ferraris, Bugattis and an ultra-luxury Bentley, as well as multiple mansions.

CR7 isn't alone - MMA star Connor McGregor blew £1.47m on mansions and yachts, Novak Djokovic splashed £14m on plush apartments and Lewis Hamilton paid £32m for a fancy New York penthouse.

Maybe it’s Tyson’s traveller roots that spurred his determination to remain humble - though his property portfolio is certainly growing.

Here we look at the boxing champ’s collection of homes and what they say about him.

Five-bed £550,000 family home

While others who enjoy worldwide fame may be tempted to trade up and live full-time in a lavish mansion overseas, Tyson has insisted he will “never leave Morecambe”.

He says he's regularly asked why he doesn’t reside in California and that his answer is always the same: “Why would I?"

“Why would I abandon my own country for a bit of money and some fame?” he told ITV doc Tyson Fury: The Gypsy King last year.

"I love it… It's true beauty. If the weather was better, every house here would be a million quid."

Before their most recent move, Tyson and his family mainly lived in a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the Lancashire town.

The property, estimated to be worth £550,000 on Zoopla, doesn't appear overly outlandish from the outside but inside it's pimped out with luxurious pieces.

Throughout the house are a number of shrines to Tyson's boxing career - including oil paintings and large photos of the Gypsy King in action as well as a trophy cabinet.

has frequently shared snaps from inside the home including several in front of a huge gold-framed Versace mirror and gold curtains.

Not only that, the mum, 31, has an impressive walk-in wardrobe that would be the envy of any Kardashian.

It stores her stash of £30,000 designer handbags and Versace outfits, which are worth thousands of pounds each.

The room is lined with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and has back-lit shelves to showcase her clothes.

After unveiling the walk-in wardrobe on Instagram, Paris gushed: “Dreams do come true.

“I’ve wanted a space like this just for me for a long time, usually things revolve around the kids or Tyson. So I can’t believe I’ve finally got this for me.”

The couple’s six children aren’t denied luxurious decorations either, and one post showed a beautifully designed fairytale-inspired bedroom

The room is fitted out with luxuriously padded beds and mesmerising murals of unicorns, magical palaces and forest scenes on the walls - as well as a large TV.

Caravan & gypsy wagon

Life hasn't always been so glamorous for Tyson - he was born in Manchester in 1988 and was among four children who survived after his mother suffered 14 miscarriages.

It was touch and go whether the future boxing champion would make it after he was born three months premature and weighed just one pound.

His father John Fury named his son after Mike Tyson because it was the “only name fit” for someone who had “fought so hard to be a person living in this world”.

Tyson was raised as a traveller - he left school at 11, married Paris at 20 and never rejected his gypsy roots.

He’ll be fancy and better than a lot of gypsies but he's still a gypsy

Prior to making his fame and fortune in the ring, he lived in a caravan on his father’s land.

John told the ITV doc: “Why be ashamed of what you really are? Tyson will always be a gypsy no matter what he does.

“He’ll be fancy and better than a lot of gypsies but he's still a gypsy.”

Paris doesn’t hide how she was raised either and told the doc: “I am a Traveller, I am a gypsy. I was brought up in caravans when I was a little girl.”

Tyson paid tribute to his roots by purchasing a gypsy wagon with gold-painted wheels, chassis and decorations.

During the ITV programme, he was filmed wheeling the wagon down the streets and kept it in the back garden of his Morecambe pad.

Marbella pad & ‘another’ Sin City mansion

In 2018 Tyson revealed he bought a mansion in Marbella, Spain, that was reportedly worth £6million.

An Instagram photo showed him standing proudly with his arms outstretched, alongside the caption: “New house had to treat myself.

“Been a long time coming. But the Mack in back [sic]. MTV Cribs blessed by God.”

During his career, he’s also known to have stayed in a number of luxurious hotels in Las Vegas and claims to own two properties out there.

In one Instagram video, Tyson and his trainer SugarHill Steward were dressed in bright yellow and blue Versace dressing gowns in a casino.

Tyson said: “Here we are, two bosses on the casino floor, Versached [sic] up, breakfast by the pool. Living the dream.”

The boxer hasn’t revealed much about his Stateside properties except for one Instagram post from May.

The footage showed him standing outside a sprawling white mansion with large windows, impressive columns and an array of palm trees.

He captioned it: “Just bought me [sic] another house in Vegas… Keeping it real here in Sin City, started with a big dream now chasing legendary status.”

After his victory this weekend, Tyson, his wife and friends celebrated into the early morning in Sin City and later appeared at a pool party.

New £1.7million Morecambe home

Little is known about the plush property the Fury family will be moving into after his thrilling 11 round clash against Wilder.

However, according to Land Registry documents seen by the Mirror, the couple bought the property for £1,695,000 in December.

The documents noted they had been living in their £550,000 home “overlooking the beautiful Morecambe Bay” and were “buying a second home nearby”.

Paris first revealed the couple were in the process of moving when she appeared on Loose Women last year.

It’s believed the family are now living in their new crib and if previous neighbours are anything to go, they’ll be welcomed with open arms.

In the past, people in the local area have described Tyson as a true gentleman and someone who was “deeply rooted” in the community.

Pauline Wade, 75, said the boxer raced over when she fell over earlier this year and described him as “a lovely man”.

“He will always say, ‘I’m going to the shops, do you want anything?’” she told the Mirror.
