Storage Hunters presenter becomes the fourth housemate to leave the Channel 5 reality show

Heavy D was the fourth housemate to be evicted on Tuesday evening

HEAVY D has become the fourth celebrity to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The Storage Hunters presenter received the lowest amount of votes from the public after battling it out with housemates Lewis Bloor, Stephen Bear and Renee Graziano.

The 43-year-old was greeted by host Emma Willis and a host of jeers and boos as he exited the house on Tuesday evening.

But the larger than life character, nicknamed the Boominator, responded with his signature cry of "Boom!"

During his exit interview, the star admitted he was surprised to be out, saying: "It was a shock, I just thought I was having a laugh and the public would like that.

"Maybe they thought I went too far with the wind ups. I thought it was all in good taste."

Emma then asked about Heavy D's up and down relationship with Stephen, 26, which saw them butt heads over fellow housemate Chloe Khan and repeatedly wind each other up.

He said: "We reconnected when Chloe left. We didn’t see eye to eye, but then both realised each other’s qualities, we were both funny and we needed each other. Bear's alright."

Adding of his equally turbulent relationship with Lewis, 26, Heavy insisted the three of them were good friends despite their bickering.

He said: "I love them. They are great company, great, great laugh."

Emma questioned the star about his own behaviour in the house, but Heavy was unrepentant, insisting he was winding people up in a good natured fashion to stop the house from becoming boring.

He said: "They take themselves too seriously in there, egos; I’m having a laugh, lighten up a bit.

"I think people are trying to get an easy pay cheque, I’m trying to get them to earn their money.

"Spice it up, I was making it spicy, nothing wrong with that."

Previous stars to be evicted this series were Grant Bovey, Saira Khan and Chloe Khan, while Christopher Biggins was removed from the house after repeated warnings over controversial comments.
