AMBER Heard and Johnny Depp's divorce has been settled for $7 million (£5million).
The actress has dismissed her domestic violence restraining order petition against Depp in light of the settlement.
The former couple, who were married for just 15 months, filed legal documents today in which Amber withdrew her request for a restraining order against Depp.
The 30-year-old had alleged that Johnny had attacked her on May 21 but the case has now been dropped and because she dismissed it with prejudice she is unable to re file it again.
Johnny lawyers Laura Wasser and Blair Berk released a statement along with Amber’s lawyers Pierce O'Donnell and Samantha Spector.

Johnny and Amber had been locked in a bitter legal battle as they fought over the Edward Scissorhands star’s estimated £310 million movie fortune.
The blonde beauty previously won a temporary restraining order to keep Johnny away from her following their split in May.
After the marriage broke down, Amber later went public with sensational allegations against the Hollywood superstar, accusing him of beating her in drug-fuelled rages.
