GEMMA Collins faces being dragged into the High Court in a spat over fake boobs.
A top Harley Street surgeon is suing an ex-patient over "abusive and untrue" claims - including accusing Gemma of having "no moral compass" for praising him.
The ex-Towie star, 40, had hailed Dr Riccardo Frati in interviews after revealing she was considering a boob lift.
But she could be called to give evidence after one of his patients accused him of offering celebs half-price ops to get positive social media coverage.
In a Google review Karen Bowen-Carter, 53, called his five-star reviews fake and said there “was no way this man can be called professional”.
She wrote: “Most are celebrities that have had a half-price nose job or breast implants to post out and promote him.
“Gemma Collins brought him to my attention on a programme I was watching. She clearly has no moral compass either!”
She later said stars such as her were drawing in people who could die.

Dr Frati’s lawyers say her post in May, which had 8,000 views in a month, suggested he was running a scam.
In a High Court writ, they claim it left him needing treatment for stress and “damaged his relationship with existing patients”.
They are demanding £100,000 in libel and malicious falsehood damages from art dealer Ms Bowen-Carter, of West Malling, Kent.
Legal sources say Gemma could be asked to appear in court to give evidence.
Ms Bowen-Carter has since agreed to not contact Dr Frati, his staff or patients.
There is no suggestion Gemma - or any other celeb - received half-price ops in exchange for positive reviews.
Last night sources close to Gemma described the claims as "outlandish" and "ludicrous".
They added: "The very fact these claims are subject to High Court libel proceedings gives a clear indication as to their merit."
