Jeremy Clarkson to meet angry villagers over concerns about Diddly Squat farm shop
JEREMY Clarkson is set to meet angry villagers tonight over concerns about his farm shop.
Posters went up promoting the event, which locals say will be packed.
Some complained his Diddly Squat shop has caused traffic chaos.
Fans have queued for hours there since the launch of his hit Amazon Prime show Clarkson’s Farm.
“Cheese and wine will be provided” at tonight’s meeting in quiet Chadlington, Oxfordshire.
The former Top Gear host, 61, has applied for planning permission to develop the site.
Notices say: “As there seems to be some debate in the village about what’s going on at Diddly Squat, Jeremy Clarkson will be at the Memorial Hall to explain his plans and to take any questions you may have.”
One local joked it may need to be held at the Royal Albert Hall instead.
