Inside Carol Vorderman’s paddleboarding holiday to Wales with BBQs on the beach and lots of bikinis
CAROL Vorderman has been treating fans to an intimate view of her Welsh holiday on social media.
60-year-old Vorderman posted a number of snaps on Instagram, showing off her day out sightseeing and enjoying BBQs on the beach with her friends.
The former Countdown host shared her enviable view of the Welsh coast in a video posted on Instagram.
“Morning lovelies. I’m out with the sheep, the cows and the sea,” the star said, as she panned the camera around to show off a gorgeous view of the water.
“I just wanted to share the beauty of it with you,” Vorderman told her fans as the wind swept through her hair.
She then posted a video of the waves rippling as a small sailboat can be seen drifting out to sea.
Vorderman backed the idyllic video of the scenery with the classic “Don’t rock the boat” by the Hues Corporation.
She also showed off her slim and slender figure in sexy bikini snaps for fans, taking breaks in between paddleboarding to post pictures of her seemingly ageless beauty.
Later in the day, the brainy TV star gave fans a quick lesson in the Welsh language as she came across a gate with an inscription on it.
“Little Welsh lesson. A gate which someone has dedicated to their TAID (Pronounced TIDE) which is Welsh for grandfather”.
After a day of paddleboarding with her “Supasisters”, Carol admitted that she didn’t want to leave due to the sheer beauty of Wales.
Carol’s day out into the country comes after she showed off her jaw-dropping abs in a skin tight outfit after posing for a sizzling bikini shot.
She looked sensational as she posed for a mirror selfie in a pair of sports leggings and matching top before heading off to work.
Carol completed the look with a pair of sunglasses and styled her wavy brunette locks into a middle parting.
She told fans: “Time for work… tune in BBC RADIO WALES from 11.30-2pm @bbcsounds
“It’s a laugh @owainwynevans.”
Carol has updated fans with what she’s been up to and she’s loved going out in the sea on her paddleboard.
Her new hobby meant that she’s treated fans to a number of pics that off her amazing figure in her clinging wetsuit.
However she recently swapped the swimwear for a figure-hugging dress at a Pride of Britain meeting.
She sat down with Sir Trevor McDonald, KSI and the rest of the panel to go through this year’s entries.
Carol acknowledged the fact she wasn’t wearing a wet suit for once as she joked: “So weird wearing a proper dress again after living in beach scruffs for the summer.”
