CHLOE Khan's secret husband is a convicted killer, The Sun online can reveal.
Mohammed Imran Khan was sentenced to four years in jail in 2013 for death by dangerous driving and causing death by driving when uninsured.
The 28-year-old killed cyclist Vitalijs Rozenbergs, 22, in an illegal street race.
The Latvian national - who was cycling to work for a night shift - was killed almost instantly after he was thrown 15 metres along the road on the night of September 16 2011.
Mohammed, who earlier this week revealed he was Celebrity Big Brother contestant Chloe's secret husband of five years, plead guilty to the charges.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Mohammed stopped at the scene and waited for emergency services to arrive, but co-defendant Shajah Rehman drove off, only to hand himself in the next day.
Mohammed's barrister told the court that his client had mistakenly thought he was insured to drive the blue Audi RS3 on a motor traders' policy.
Yunus Valli also explained that Mohammed had been left deeply affected by what he described as a "mindless death".
In his summary, Judge Peter Benson said: "As Mr. Rozenbergs was cycling across you two were driving down racing each other and as a result, you Mohammed Khan struck Mr. Rozenbergs while he was on his bike throwing him in to the air and causing injuries from which he would have died almost immediately.
"Racing is a seriously aggravating feature of this type of offence.";
Earlier this week, Mohammed spoke out via Chloe's Instagram page to confirm reports that he was her secret husband - and that although they are no longer together, they remain 'best friends'.
Along with a recent photo of them looking happy and relaxed in each other's company, he praised his estranged wife.
He wrote: "Myself and Chloe were married years ago, it ended very amicably and we remain the best of friends.
"I am running her social media accounts for her whilst she is in the house, and she always has my full support."
Since entering the house just over two weeks ago, Chloe has shocked the nation with her raunchy antics.
Last night viewers saw her having her enhanced cleavage licked by housemate Stephen Bear, who sensationally dumped his girlfriend Lillie Lexie Gregg to romp with the webcam model.
A representative for Chloe told The Sun she did not wish to comment on her private life until she has left the CBB house.
