Mike Thurston, born August 9, 1990, is a British YouTuber, Fitness Trainer and body Recomposition specialist from Leeds, Yorkshire.
He founded the THRST app which offers users specialised training programmes and curated nutritional plans to help them get in shape.
He also has his own successful YouTube channel, THRST fitness wear brand and was selected to be a judge for Bulk's #30DayChallenge.
