THIS Morning host Eamonn Holmes has hinted at what he gets up to in the bedroom with wife Ruth Langsford during today’s show.

The 56- year-old couldn’t resist making a cheeky comment when his wife said: “You know what I like.”

With a smirk on his face, he replied: “I know what you like.”

And referring to the duct tape on the table – which was being used as part of a segment on old wives’ tales – he continued: “Duct tape isn’t part of it.”

Before adding:“Or maybe you do like duct tape and I haven’t discovered it yet!”

Eamonn's cheekiness didn’t stop there though as when it came to the banana in the segment, he joked “where do I stick a banana”.

The This Morning presenters tied the knot in 2010.

Eamonn has previously joked about their active sex life, saying: “I love Ruth deeply but also I fancy her.

“How could I resist? No wonder I look tired all the time – that woman has me run ragged. I go to work for a break.”

Ruth has been a little less enthusiastic about it in the past when discussing it on Loose Women.

When talking about having sex on their wedding night, she joked: "Yes, I remember it well because it's the last time we did it..."

She went on to reveal a few more details, saying: "I was enjoying my wedding so much I didn't think about it. I got carried away dancing all night.

"I then I thought I really ought to because it's our wedding night.”

She added: "It wasn't our finest one but it was our wedding night."
