Katie Waissel’s husband reveals the Celebrity Big Brother star is still not on speaking terms with her hooker nan
Relationship is non-existent after it was revealed the veteran prostitute is still pulling in punters
KATIE Waissel's husband has revealed the Celebrity Big Brother star is still not on speaking terms with her hooker nan.
The pair fell out after her grandmother was revealed to be the UK's oldest sex worker, and it has now emerged they have still not healed the rift as the veteran prostitute continues to pull in punters.
News of Sheila Vogel-Coupe's career in vice hit headlines in 2010 during Katie's disastrous stint on The X Factor, and the family publicly disowned her.
We recently revealed that Sheila, now 87, is still on the game, and now Katie's husband has lifted the lid on the family feud which has rumbled on for years.
Brian Moote, who wed the TV star in 2015, has revealed the pair still aren't on speaking terms six years later.
During an interview with New! magazine, Brian was asked whether Katie has a relationship her grandmother.
He replied: "Not that I'm aware of".
He explained that the feud began long before he became involved with Katie, but has seen the terrible impact it had on the family.
Brian added: "I was made aware of it, but it happened before me... It's not really a thing anyone would want anyone in their family to do."
The Sun Online recently revealed that Sheila is still on the game even though she is approaching her 90th birthday.
She advertises her services through a website which specialises in “mature escorts” and she has been working under a pseudonym in a well to-do area of London.

As well as working as a £250-an-hour prostitute, Sheila has also appeared in a porn film.
When the revelations first emerged, Katie’s sister Natalie Davis issued a statement distancing themselves from the sprightly pensioner.
The statement read: “We were completely shocked and devastated to hear the news that my grandmother has been conducting immoral activities, including prostitution and pornography.
"We, as a family, disassociate ourselves wholly from these activities and from any future stories that arise from them."
