HER movie sequel may be on hold – but Mrs Brown isn’t about to put her feet up.
BRENDAN O’CARROLL, the creator and star of the hit BBC1 show, is heading to Hollywood to work on a movie project with US TV star TYLER PERRY.

The Irish comic exclusively revealed to me last week that spiralling costs since the UK voted for Brexit had forced the follow-up to 2014 box-office hit Mrs Brown’s Boys D’Movie to be postponed. The film topped £20million worldwide so a sequel is sure to be a moneyspinner.
But for now Brendan is off to Tinseltown to see if Mrs Brown can crack America with the help of another old lady. Madea, played by Tyler, is a tough, no-nonsense elderly black woman with her own show on OPRAH WINFREY’s channel.
Brendan and Tyler, — who is worth £100million — have been in talks to collaborate on a new movie this month after admiring each other’s work for years.
Brendan revealed: “Tyler is a fantastic writer and performer. We are exploring what a movie would look like with both Mrs Brown and Madea and we are laughing a lot.”
Tyler added: “The very thought of the brilliant Brendan O’Carroll and I working together has got me beyond excited. And the thought of Mrs Brown meeting Madea . . . hysterical!”
Brendan also revealed he was looking forward to some time off after recently completing a 77-night stage tour of Oz.
But it looks like Brendan and the elderly Mrs Brown will have to settle for snoozes between takes in LA now.

AFTER 18 years as Lisa’s husband, Zak Dingle is finally ready to walk down the aisle again with Joanie Wright during tonight’s hour-long episode of EMMERDALE.
But Joanie jilts him at the altar after she finds a big red wine stain on her wedding dress and Zak gets drunk at his stag do and calls her Lisa.
Prepare yourselves for one of the most awkward weddings in soap history.
Meanwhile, on HOLLYOAKS, the McQueens are off for a shopping trip with a difference.
They go out armed with fake baby bumps and plan to break into a high-end baby clothing shop after eyeing the alarm code.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they round off their day stealing with a trip to the cop shop.
Biggins' Big Brother shame doesn't bother British public
HE was the first to condemn himself for his unacceptable Nazi and Aids slurs which saw him dramatically booted out the CBB house.
But it seems the public aren’t being as harsh on CHRISTOPHER BIGGINS.
Since his shock exit on Friday, I can reveal more than 40 per cent of complaints made to media watchdog Ofcom have been in anger over his “unfair” removal.
Broken down, 86 formal complaints were made over Channel 5’s decision to banish him from the house in just his pants, while just one was made about his offensive remarks — which weren’t aired on the show.
In comparison, a total of 21 people have complained about STEPHEN BEAR’s violent behaviour and 22 about LEWIS BLOOR and MARNIE SIMPSON’s bullying of HEAVY D.
In the aftermath, Christopher told me in his only interview with the Sun on Sunday how he was “mortified” over the concentration camp joke he made to Jewish housemate KATIE WAISSEL, and made a public apology.
He yesterday cancelled his appearance on ITV’s This Morning to apologise again on TV.
