RUTH Langsford has revealed she wasn't that keen on marrying her husband Eamonn Holmes.
The presenter made the shock admission as the pair hosted Monday's This Morning and said: "You did want the marriage - I wasn’t so fussed."
Her comments came as they discussed the end of Princess Beatrice's ten year relationship with 32-year-old Dave Clark, after the 27-year-old is rumoured to have issued him with a marriage ultimatum.
Eamonn, 56, said: "It was me who wanted the marriage."
And while Ruth, also 56, admitted tying the knot "was very nice" it wasn't something that worried her at the time.
The couple who have been together for 20 years, only walked down the aisle in 2015.
They also have a 14-year-old son called Jack together.
But Ruth explained that children was always on the cards for her and Eamonn.
She said: "We did have that conversation very early on - because I was in my 30s and thought he needs to know I do want children."
Jumping in, Eamonn joked: "And I had all those other girlfriends and they had to go!"
"They were all devastated...," responded Ruth.
