‘IT’S A BOY!’: Stephanie Davis reveals she’ll call son Albi and he looks just like ex Jeremy McConnell
The actress had a 4D scan to find out the sex of her baby which is due next year
STEPHANIE Davis has revealed that she is having a baby boy – and said he looks just like her ex Jeremy McConnell.
The former Hollyoaks star, who is four months pregnant underwent a 4D scan to learn the sex.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said: "It's the weirdest and most amazing thing - even at this stage, our son looks just like Jeremy. He's got his skinny long legs and big ears.
“I got a DVD of the scan and was going to send it to Jeremy but he decided to have no involvement during the pregnancy, so it's his loss. I went straight to the toilet and cried my eyes out.”
She added: "I'd like to say they were happy tears, but they were tinged with some sadness because seeing my baby like that really made it hit home that I'm going to be a single mum.
“I was also a little sad because it's another milestone in the pregnancy that Jeremy has missed out on."
Stephanie, who split from Jeremy in May, also revealed that she thought she was having a boy and that she plans to name him after her grandfather.
She added: "I definitely think I'll call him Albi after my granddad. I'd like his middle name to be Patrick. It's my brother's middle name and it's also Irish, so I think it's a nice nod to Jeremy and his family."
She also revealed her family came along with her for the scan for moral support – but they were the only ones who got immediately emotional.
The 23-year-old said: "My mum, best friend, brother, aunt and two cousins came with me to the appointment and as soon as the sonographer told us what I was having, they burst into tears. I didn't cry though, I just sat there in shock, staring at the screen. The baby looked so lifelike."

“I'm made up I can take him to the football - he'll be a mummy's boy. My little boy is going to be my best pal. I just can't wait to meet him."
The reality star took to her Twitter this morning to plug the interview but didn’t mention the sex of the baby.
She wrote: “OK Mag is out some places today but mainly tomorrow I'm so happy to know what I'm having and excited for mine and my baby's adventure
“Me and my baby have already been on one big journey and I cannot wait for the rest of it. Mummy loves you baba tomorrow.”
