In scenes which aired during tonight's show Biggins made the shock comments.

"I wouldn't say overnight but then a killer disease came, which was attributed to homosexuals.

"I think it was a bisexual disease."

Speaking about his behaviour prior to getting the boot, the panto legend told his housemates: "I’ve made three mistakes in here and now I’ve been chastised. So I’ve become very aware and careful.

"Of course, the thing is as you relax it gets worse because you think you’re at home."

Speaking about the decision to evict him a CBB spokesperson said: “Big Brother has taken the decision to remove Christopher Biggins from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

“Since entering Big Brother, he has made a number of comments capable of causing great offence to housemates and the viewing public.

“Big Brother does not tolerate offensive language capable of causing widespread offence. “Christopher Biggins has left the house.”

The panto legend had caused offence earlier in the week after he appeared to dismiss bisexual people.

Mob wife Renee was discussing sexuality with flamboyant Frankie Grande when Biggins over heard their conversation.

He asked her: “Do you have a problem with gay people?” to which she abruptly said she didn’t.

FULL TRANSCRIPT OF BIGGINS BEING KICKED OUT

The conversation between Big Brother and Christopher Biggins as he was kicked out

Big Brother: "Before you entered the Big Brother house, the rules regarding unacceptable language and behaviour were explained to you.

Biggins: Yes

Big Brother: "Big Brother has spoken to you before about some of the unacceptable language you've used since you've been in the house. You were told that your language was unacceptable and you told Big Brother you understood and would not use such language.

Biggins: Yes.

Big Brother: "On Monday, in a conversation with Katie where she remarked that she was not in the house to represent the Jewish community, your comment was plainly capable of causing offence to katie and the viewing public.

Biggins: Yes.

Big Brother: " Big Brother spoke to you about your language. When Big Brother pointed out to you that your language was capable of causing great offence, you apologised and indicated you understood the seriousness of the situation.

Biggins: "I did."

Big Brother: "But you've continued to use unacceptable language. In a conversation with Renee. you said: 'I think the worst type though I'm afraid to say is the bisexuals. You went on to say what it is is people not wanting to admit they are gay. Today, at 2.25pm, in a conversation with Renee and others, you again used unacceptable language regarding bisexuality.

"Talking about AIDS, you said: 'I think it was a bisexual disease.' You then went on to say, 'There were a lot of bisexuals who went to those countries and had sex with those people and brought it back to their own families in America so that's how it became such a worldwide disease.'

"Biggins, due to your continued use of unacceptable language in the house, which is capable of causing widespread offence, Big Brother is left with no option that to remove you from the house.
"Do you have anything to say?"

Biggins: "I'm very sorry and I'm very sad."

Big Brother: " Biggins, you may now leave the diary room via the door to your left."

She said: “When you’re gay you’re gay. And I think it’s beautiful because I think it’s who you are and it’s natural.

“But I think today in society they kind of force things on people and they confuse you.”

Biggins then agreed to what she was saying and added that he felt that some people claiming to be LGBT were doing so as it was “trendy”.

Renee then added: “If you’re gay, you know it!”

Biggins' shock comments on bisexuality

"Gays had been really badly treated for so long. Then came a period where they were respected.

"But suddenly, a killer disease then came along which was attributed to homosexuals - but it was actually a bisexual disease.

"What the government didn't realise is that there were bisexuals out there who were having sex with those people.

"They then brought it back to their families over here and in America. That's how it became a worldwide disease. Whoever investigated AIDS f***ked up big time."

Adding fuel to an already controversial fire, Biggins, who is a member of the LGBT community himself, said: “I think the worst type though is, I’m afraid to say, the bisexuals.

“What it is is people not wanting to admit they are gay.”

Renee agreed and added: “That upsets me. You have to pick a team.”
