Alex Reid tries to rebuild bridges with Chantelle Houghton…by offering to get her LIPOSUCTION
Father of Chantelle's daughter hopes the offer will be seen as helpful "to keep her healthy"
ALEX Reid has said he wants to give his ex-fiance Chantelle Houghton lipsuction in a bizarre bid to clear the air with her.
The shocking comments come after Chantelle appeared on a beach looking happy as she munched on a burger in a bikini, following a new set of painful looking lip fillers.
Speaking to Now, Alex said: "Despite all of the stressful time that we have been through, she's still the mother of my child."
He later added that he was "hopeful" that the offer would be seen as an olive branch by Chantelle, who dumped him after allegedly catching him turning their family home into a sex dungeon.
Alex said:"It’s an olive branch and I’m hopeful."
"I’m hoping she does take us up as we just want to help her be healthy," he added.
Alex is now engaged to Nicola Manashe - who also hopes that she can bond with Chantelle for the sake of the exes little girl, Dolly.
She told the mag how she would be "more than happy to discuss" diet tips and training tips with the mum-of-one.
Nicola said: "I am going to be marrying Alex soon, and I would like us to all get on. We want to forget all the hard times and move forward."
Meanwhile, Chantelle has opened up about her painful desire to create the perfect lips and the extensive surgery she's undergone to do so.
The mum-of-one opened up about her addiction four years ago and says she wont "allow herself" to fall into old habits.
She said: "I won't let that happen. These should last about six months. but I love the way they are right now, even though they look a bit insane."
Exclusively talking to The Sun Online, she said: "I want to do to make myself feel good. I am happy with my lips, I’ve got to the stage in my life where I only care how I feel about it."
Former filler addicts Lauren Goodger and Alicia Douvall have both spoken up to warn the star about her addiction, but she insists she will not stop any time soon.
Wonder what she'll say about this?
