Who is Anne Hart?
Anne Hart was born in 1933 in Lambeth, London.
In her heyday, Anne was a West End superstar to rival the likes of Hollywood's Jane Russell and Ethel Merman.
At the age of 22, the 5ft 8in tall bombshell appeared with Tommy Trinder in Sunday Night At The London Palladium.
By 26 she was the playing the lead role in the Crazy Gang’s last two London hits, Clown Jewels and Young In Heart.
She made appearances in West End cabaret clubs including Winston’s, with Danny La Rue.
How long was Anne Hart married to Ronnie Corbett?
Anne first met the young comedian Ronnie Corbett at Winston's cabaret club.
Six years later, Ronnie plucked up the courage to ask Anne for a drink.
The pair were married at Brixton Register Office on May 30, 1966, and remained married until Ronnie died of motor neurone disease on March 31, 2016.
After his death, Anne told the : "There has been an empty feeling since Ron has gone ... An emptiness, yes, that’s what it is.
"But I think and hope that I am slowly emerging from the mist."
Had she been married before?
Anne married John Padley, a singer in a group called The Four Jones Boys, in 1957.
She later said about her first husband: "John was a nice guy and he was never unkind to me.
"He was just never there. He would come back from touring, I would iron his shirts and he would leave again.
"In the end, he moved out of my house and we separated."
Did Anne Hart and Ronnie Corbett have any children?
The couple have two daughters, Emma and Sophie, who were born one year apart, in 1967 and 1968.
Sophie is still a successful actress, doing voiceovers for TV commercials.
The couple’s first child, a son named Andrew was born in 1965 - but had a serious heart defect and died just six weeks later.
Anne told the in 2013, “I don’t think either of us ever quite got over it. We still think of him all the time.”
Anne gave up her career to look after her daughters.
