Did Warner Brothers Photoshop Margot Robbie’s hot-pants to make them BIGGER?
Margot addressed the rumours at a Q&A
AFTER a new Suicide Squad trailer was released at Comic Con over the weekend, the internet has been awash with rumours.
Did Warner Brothers deem Harley Quinn's shorts too risqué for TV?
There definitely is a difference in the amount of bum on show in the new trailer compared to some older ones.
Rumours are circulating that the actress’s costume was digitally altered to make the shorts appear a more “family friendly” length for the TV advert. But is Photoshop to blame, or was it down to the copious number of re-shoots?
Pop culture website Bleeding Cool even made a side by side comparison video comparing an earlier trailer with the more recently released one, and it would appear that there is more of Harley on show in the new one.

During an interview with Australian radio station Nova969 Margot Robbie denied any knowledge of Photoshopping.
“I didn’t know about that,” the 26-year-old said of any post-production work being done.
“Having been there on the day, they were very small – but wow, I wonder if they did?” she added. “That would be extensive Photoshopping to do.”
But co-star Cara Delevingne, 23, was on board with the conspiracy theory.
"100 percent…They have to do that," she said, nodding her head.
Speaking about her costume in an earlier interview with The New York Times, the 26-year-old blonde said that Harley Quinn would wear hot pants “because they’re sparkly and fun”, rather than because “she wanted guys to look at her ass.”
Speaking to another Aussie radio station, Robbie revealed she loved the costume for Harley Quinn.
She revealed: 'I tried on like 100 different variations of the costume but when I saw a picture of- we found this picture of Debbie Harry- and I was like, 'That's it, that is dope'.'
But she added: "As Margot, no, I don’t like wearing that.
"I’m eating burgers at lunch time, and then you go do a scene where you’re hosed down and soaking wet in a white T-shirt, it’s so clingy and you’re self-conscious about it."
The Aussie actress joined her co-stars on the red carpet tonight for the UK premiere of Suicide Squad.
She looked elegant in a cream floor-length number, embellished with a tiger and embroidered flowers.
The film, which has received mixed-reviews, opens in UK cinemas on August 5.
Warner Bros are yet to comment on shortsgate
