Celebrity Big Brother’s Katie Waissel’s face says it all as she reveals to Marnie Simpson that Grant Bovey likes her

MARNIE Simpson’s love life looks set to take another twist after it’s revealed her Celebrity Big Brother housemate Grant Bovey has a soft spot for her.

The 56-year-old’s admission comes just 24 hours after Lewis Bloor and Stephen Blear came to blows over Marnie, 24, in an explosive argument.

The extent of Grant’s affection came to light during a conversation between Marnie and Katie Waissel about bonding with people in the house.

Marnie confessed: “I feel like I’m close to Grant. You can get close to someone without it necessarily being romantically. I did say that Grant was sexy but that was just a joke.”

Katie responded: “He does have the hots for you… he told me and Aubrey. I thought you knew this?”

Somewhat confused at the revelation, Marnie urged Katie to give her more details on her not-so-secret admirer.

Katie continued: “When you and Lewis kissed in the storeroom I got really excited and Grant was like: ‘What?’ then Aubrey said to Grant: ‘You like Marnie like that?’ and he got a bit shy and said she’s very pretty.”

Marnie then added: “Me and him have had some proper in-depth conversations, and I never have them type of conversations with people so I feel like we’ve got a strong bond.”

Their full pillow talk is set to air in Wednesday’s episode of the Channel 5 show.

Despite having been living in their new home for less than a week, Marnie Simpson has already found herself in an explosive love triangle.
