EastEnders spoilers: Shock as two Walford residents about to become ‘friends with benefits?’

THEY’VE had their moments in the past, but Carmel Kazemi and Masood Ahmed could be set to become friends with benefits if she gets her way.

Following a heart-to-heart with pal Denise Fox (Diane Parish), the bubbly redhead decides to make some changes in her life.

First, she wants to apply for the Market Inspector job.

Secondly, the lonely heart wants to become friends with benefits with former flame Masood (Nitin Ganatra).

With her mind made up, Carmel (Bonnie Langford) goes to the postman with her proposition.

However things don’t quite go to plan and he gets the wrong end of the stick telling her that he isn’t looking for a relationship.

Deflated, Carmel’s day goes from bad to worse when she goes to The Albert’s Lock & Key dating night and ends up getting paired with her son Kush!

EastEnders airs these scenes on Thursday August 9 and Friday August 10 on BBC One.
