The teen has been pretending to be pregnant with Dr Bailey’s baby in a bid to keep him attached.
But her mental health problems have been getting worse in recent weeks.
Her father’s fiance Joanie is set to catch her talking to Ellie, who she believes is a friend from prison, but is really just a product of her mental health disorder. She manages to cover it up by claiming she was speaking to her baby.
Eden Elenor Taylor-Draper, who plays Belle, was snapped looking a little worse for wear on the streets of Pudsey in Leeds.
The 18-year-old actress was pictured looking into a pizzeria before sleeping in a doorway on a few pieces of cardboard.
And her apparent mental illness is likely to have had something to do with her tragic state.
In one scene, Ellie is pictured holding onto her waist and staring into her eyes.
But it might not be all bad. Jane Cox, who plays mum Lisa Dingle, was also snapped near the set alongside Lucy Pargeter, who plays Chas.
