The teen has been pretending to be pregnant with Dr Bailey's baby in a bid to keep him attached.
But her mental health problems have been getting worse in recent weeks.
Her father's fiance Joanie is set to catch her talking to Ellie, who she believes is a friend from prison, but is really just a product of her mental health disorder. She manages to cover it up by claiming she was speaking to her baby.
Eden Elenor Taylor-Draper, who plays Belle, was snapped looking a little worse for wear on the streets of Pudsey in Leeds.
