Made In Chelsea’s Binky and Lea Michele strip off completely NAKED for Women’s Health photoshoot
Reality star reveals stunning figure as she poses nude for magazine
MADE in Chelsea's Binky Felstead has stripped off for the latest issue of Women's Health.
The 26-year-old poses nude for the publication, reclining backwards to show off her toned physique, but in the accompanying interview, Binky admitted she hasn't always felt confident about her body.
In fact, joining the hit E4 reality show in 2011 was when she first became self-conscious about her figure.
She told : "When I moved to London at 21, my lifestyle changed completely. I was juggling working for a hedge fund with nights out filming, surviving on toast, curry and red wine. I was constantly hungover.
"I wasn't technically overweight but felt unhealthy, podgy and unhappy in my skin – being in the public eye didn't help.
"Now I'm more confident as a toned size 8, I'll wear figure-hugging clothes. I've grown to love my shape, particularly my legs."
Since getting the fitness bug, Binky added that she is more likely to be seen at a spinning class than in a nightclub, training three to four times a week to maintain her figure.
She added: "I'm stronger than I've ever been. I'll still order a three-course meal, but I stick to salads or steak."
However sticking to her healthy lifestyle will have probably been difficult for Binky while filming the latest series of Made in Chelsea, which took place in the South of France.

As well as enjoying delicious food and sunshine, the star also began to move on from her relationship with Josh Patterson, revealing to Fiona Phillips on ITV's Lorraine on Monday that she may have met someone while in Canne.
She said: "JP told me to move on before I went out and there’s only so long that a girl can wait.
"He’s been away as well and I haven’t seen him since I got back so we’ll have to see what happens with that situation.
"Obviously I still adore him but I don’t know what’s going to happen, it’s all real life. We’re going to have to see each other soon."
Binky also spent time with former boyfriend Alex Mytton while shooting the new series but she insisted it wasn't awkward to be around each other.
She added: "It’s been a while since we were together.
"We’re friends. I don’t have any feelings for him any more so that’s really good. It would be hard working with him if not."
Binky isn't the only TV star to strip off for Women's Health's latest addition, as Emmerdale actress Gemma Atkinson also bares all alongside former Glee star Lea Michele.
The 29-year-old American puts her fabulous figure on display as she lies on her side, with her arm covering her breasts, before sitting upright for another shot, giving fans a glimpse of her tattoos.
But the star admitted: "I'm not perfect. I'm not trying to represent myself as being some perfect girl, but I love myself, flaws and all.
"Everyone has their own things, and I have my own list.
"Right now, I feel physically in my best shape, and emotionally in my best place."
