Inside Gordon Ramsay’s incredible £7m South London home that’s so huge it’s got it’s own LIFT
GORDON Ramsay likes it hot in the kitchen but he still lives it large in his £7million London home.
Back in 2021, the award-winning chef, 54, planned to add a huge basement renovation to the property, which included a bedroom, wine room, plant room and shower room.
Plans submitted to his local council showed the existing ground floor extension demolished and replaced with a more modern design.
He planned a light well to lead out into the garden, which typically consists of a glass roof to let natural light into a property but the basement did retain its gym, study and utility room.
The work presumably ended in December last year after taking more than a year to complete, but the chef would have added a sizeable 76m2 to his home.
Gordon became a dad for the fifth time in 2019 as he and wife Tana welcomed baby Oscar.

While kids Megan, 23, Jack, Holly, both 21, and Tilly, 19, and are all grown up, it looks like Gordon could do with another bed for visits home.
The home regularly features on the family's social media accounts and Gordon has even filmed for TV in its restaurant standard kitchen.
There's bright artwork, stylish furnishings and an immaculately kept garden.
Despite a period during the pandemic that saw his businesses miss out on £58million in turnover, multi-millionaire Gordon still went ahead with the pricey renovation.
In 2021, he was also previously pictured eyeing up an electric Porsche for an eye-watering £250,000.
While his restaurants were forced to temporarily close for months at a time, Gordon still maintained a solid income for his TV work.
He partook in a competition show project called Next Level Chef with This Morning personality, Gino D’Acampo.
For the FOX show, Gordon designed a one-of-a-kind culinary gauntlet set over three stories high, as each floor contained a stunningly different kitchen.
