‘Lewis Bloor and I had a love buzz’ says Celebrity Big Brother’s Marnie Simpson

MARNIE Simpson has dismissed rumours she ever hooked-up with Celebrity Big Brother co-star Lewis Bloor - although she admitted they did come close.

Speaking the night before she entered the Elstree compound, the 24-year-old Geordie Shore beauty revealed the truth behind photos taken of them looking cosy in a taxi after a boozy night out last September.

The pictures, taken shortly after she broke off her engagement to the The Only Way Is Essex star, had fans wondering if she had moved on with another Southerner.

She said: "Nothing's ever happened, we've never even kissed or done anything.

"We cuddled once and it was a little bit awkward because we'd spent the whole night talking.

"You know, when you're drunk and you're on a love buzz and you're talking to someone and you're sort of friend zone - and we tried to cuddle after and it was really weird.

"But this will be different to the last time I met him."

When asked if she's worried Lewis, 26, might be off with her as he is close pals with her ex, she replied: "I doubt he would be.

"I don't think him and Ricky were that close.

"When he saw them pictured of the taxi, he was like 'what went on?'

"If they were that close spend then he wouldn't have even questioned it, would he?"

Her comments are sure to incense ex-boyfriend Ricky Rayment, who also starred on Towie.

Last night he told that he suspected they had already been romantically involved ahead of entering the house.

He said: "I wouldn't be surprised if [Marnie and Lewis hook up], I'm sure they've had a fling before. I won't be watching.

"Good luck to them, I'm seeing someone else now so I'm happy. Let's hope things go well, it's early days."

Marnie's cousin and Geordie Shore co-star Sophie Kasaei told us exclusively that she is surprised Rick has been speaking out, she said: "There is a lot people don't know about the way Ricky treated Marnie so I am utterly shocked he is selling stories on her.

"Ricky knows full well nothing has happened before with Lewis and Marnie.

"He needs to shut up and crack on with his girlfriend.

"They broke up a year ago and he needs to move on.

"Marnie thought everything was cool between them so why is he piping up and being jealous.

"Marnie loved Ricky and even left Geordie Shore for him so she will be really shocked that he is saying negative things about her."

Meanwhile, speaking on CBBBOTS, Charlotte Crosby revealed she thinks Marnie will be up for some fun in the house.

When quizzed by host Rylan Clark-Neal about who Marnie could "tash on with" with, she said: "I think Lewis...but something might happen with Bear you know...

"They weren't talking, they didn't like each other so I don't know."

Shortly after, Rylan revealed that Marnie had already flashed her boobs after less than two hours in the house.

Marnie is far from shy as in her introductory video she claimed she has "the best vagina in Newcastle".

She also told host Emma Willis that she would have no problem having sex on TV as she'd done it plenty of times before.

Speaking about her bisexuality, she told Emma: “I am bisexual so if there are any girls, I will go there.

“I’m keeping my options open. I need to get in there and see who’s there.”

Marnie certainly turned heads as she made her way in to the house - and she definitely caught Lewis' eye when he entered a few minutes later.

Wearing a pair of thigh high boots and a playsuit, she showed off her endless legs - and stayed true to the promise she made the night before she entered.

She told The Sun: "I just want to feel sexy."

But although she admitted that she was considering wearing a pair of tight jeans, it seems she went the opposite way.

She revealed that she'd spent hours going through her three suitcases after learning that show rules mean all housemates have to provide an itemised list of EVERYTHING they're taking in - brand, colour and size.
