Kieran Hayler reveals stepchildren’s tender bond after Princess broke her arm
The cute schoolchild has since had her chunky cast removed
THE touching sibling bond between Katie Price's kids Junior and Princess was revealed when step dad Kieran Hayler confessed the schoolboy burst into floods of tears when his sister broke her arm.
He explained Junior was left almost inconsolable after the cute curly-haired girl was rushed to hospital when the horror accident happened at the family home.
Ex stripper Kieran lifted the lid on his step-children's close relationship and said: "Junior and Charlie were there and they both started crying, for them it was upsetting, they had been through the entire show and nothing bad had happened, and for this to happen it was a shock.
"Princess has fallen off hundreds of times, and the one time we are at home not filming, she gets a new pony for her birthday and she falls off and breaks her arm; I mean you couldn’t even write it."
Kieran made his comments at the launch of Katie's new reality TV show, Katie Price's Pony Club.
He opened up about the emotional drama sparked by Princess' painful accident last November.
Back then, Katie revealed her eldest daughter had been rushed to hospital after a one-hour wait for an ambulance.
She then added Princess, eight, was set for emergency surgery, but did not give any further details about the operation as she posted a selfie praising her for being "brave."
After her dad Peter explained she had broken her left arm, she endured months spend sporting a bright blue cast on her left arm.
This week, Katie told her fans she was finally on the mend after having the chunky plaster removed and posted a sweet smiling snap of her adorable offspring.
She uploaded the shot to Instagram with the caption: "Lunch with my happy Princess now her arm cast is off," followed by a smiling Emoji.
Both Princess and Junior will star alongside their closest friends in an attempt to create a top pony club team.
The six novice riders will be supported by their outspoken parents as they take on the best crop of children in the elite sport.
Kieran added: "Princess has taken six weeks off because she broke her arm, but now it’s out of a cast she can ride again in two weeks.
"And she’s already said she can’t wait to get back on, but she just won’t be doing any jumping.
"Which is fair enough, I completely understand that. She wants to take up dressage, which is one of the things she excelled
at. So yeah all the kids carried on riding."
Talking of the action to be broadcast on TLC he added: "They are all very competitive with each other but at the same time they all look out for each
other, every single one of them, throughout the whole series.
"If someone fell off, or someone did really well, they would go and congratulate them, or say well done for getting back on the horse."
