New mum Naomi Campbell says ‘never have I felt so much love’ in rare update after welcoming baby daughter at 50
NEW mum Naomi Campbell surrounded herself with flowers as she thanked well-wishers for "pouring love" into her baby daughter.
The 51-year-old star shocked the world when she announced she'd welcomed her first child earlier this month.
And she has now given fans an update after being blown away by the love and support she has received.
Naomi admitted that she'd "never felt so much love" before as she posed among the bouquets she and her little girl had been sent.
The supermodel looks elegant in a chic white dress, and the sun can be seen setting in the background of the snap.
Dozens of bunches of flowers are at the forefront of the photo, with the first-time-mum writing in the Instagram post's caption: "Never have I felt so much love like I have over these past few weeks.
"I am so thankful for the love that you’ve poured into my daughter and I 🙏🏾 thank you all for the warm messages of support and birthday wishes.
"Despite the challenging year we’ve all had, there have been so many blessings that I am beyond grateful and thankful for."
She concluded the inspiring post: "By God's grace, we are almost at the light at the end of the tunnel - strength and perseverance. Love, Naomi ❤️ ❤️"
The beauty shocked the world when she announced that she had become a mum by posting a sweet Instagram photo of herself cradling her little girl's feet.
She told fans at the time: "A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother.
"So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life, there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel.
"There is no greater love."
It was later revealed that Naomi has been living with her secret boyfriend in the US, and friends of the star believe that she used a surrogate to become a mum.

In February, Naomi coyly alluded to her baby as she told i-D: "2021 is going to be a great year, we've just got a few more bumps to get through first.
"I believe that this is going to be an amazing year. Actually, I don't just believe it will be - I feel it will be."
And in 2017, Naomi admitted that she thought about having kids "all the time" - and that thanks to "science" she can do that whenever she wants to.
Prior to the news, the star was pictured on the runway for Michael Kors in April of this year.
