Zara McDermott shows off her abs in mermaid-inspired dress that leaves little to the imagination
FORMER Love Island star Zara McDermott stunned fans with a glowing photoshoot wearing a bright fuchsia mermaid-style dress.
The model and influencer’s mermaid dress left little to the imagination with extreme cut out detailing and straps criss-crossing over her midriff.
The 21-year-old’s dress came in vibrant pink and purple tones with a bare back design.
Zara’s showed off her toned abs and the mermaid waves in her hair added to her mystical look.
Celebrity friends were quick to comment on Zara’s glowing mermaid snap.
Former Love Islander Amber Davis said: “Baaabbbeeeee” with fire emojis.
Made in Chelsea star Ruby Adler wrote: “I think my fave photo ever.”
Musician Zeplyn penned: “Blimey!”
Zara recently congratulated her boyfriend’s sister Louise Thompson on her baby news.
Louise has announced she's pregnant and expecting a baby with her fiance Ryan Libbey.
Zara took to her own Instagram to share a group snap with the baby scan.
She captioned: “can’t wait for this beautiful little bundle of happiness and joy to join us!!!
"Louise & Ryan, I am so excited for you and for this incredible journey you are about to embark on.
“The love you have for your little one already is so incredibly beautiful to see.
“I am in awe of the strength and courage you have shown this year; and this is the biggest blessing. I have never seen you both so happy, smiling and truly glowing from the inside out.”
It comes as Zara has landed her own set of factual shows under the umbrella title “Zara Uncovers . . . ” in a similar vein to “Stacey Dooley Investigates . . . ”
A TV insider said: “Bosses at the Beeb have been impressed with the two documentaries she has made for BBC Three on two extremely serious and delicate subjects.
“They’re always on the lookout for new talent who viewers, particularly younger viewers, will find relatable.

“They think they’ve found that in Zara, a worthy successor to Stacey who’s increasingly taking on a variety of different shows outside of her factual roots.”
Zara made her revenge porn doc earlier this year, which was inspired by two experiences of people sharing intimate images of her without her consent.

Now she’s making another documentary on sexism in schools — set to air later this year. After that the Beeb will be lining up more topics under the new Zara Uncovers branding.
