Zara Holland and her mum look almost identical on day out… despite 30 year age gap
Love Island star is spitting image of her former beauty queen mum
ZARA Holland showed exactly where she got her looks from as she went shopping with her lookalike mum today.
The disgraced beauty queen, 20, and her mum Cheryl Hakeney, 51, looked like two peas in a pod as they strutted their stuff.
The blonde Love Island star – who was stripped of her Miss GB title for having sex on the ITV2 show – showed off her tanned legs after spending weeks under the sun.
She had quit the show to be with her mum after she fell ill, however Cheryl – who is a former beauty queen herself – looked back to her best today.
Like her daughter she opted for shorts and despite 30 years between them she gave Zara a run for her money in the leg department.
While Zara dressed her dungarees up with a pair of very high wedges, Cheryl went for a sensible pair of trainers but added bling with her Balmain vest and a gold bag.
Zara and her mum are known for being incredibly close, as well as looking just like sisters.
Speaking about their relationship, Zara has said: “We get mistaken for sisters when we are out for dinner.”

She told : “Mum knows all about what it is like to be in the competitions. It is really nice because we can talk about everything.”
And Cheryl, who is a former Miss Hull, has opened up about how she stays looking so young – crediting 'regular facials, a good night's sleep and plenty of water'.
She did however add: “An odd glass of champagne is always a good idea.”
Their relationship was however put to the test recently thanks to Zara’s antics on Love Island.
Discussing the steamy sex session with Alex Bowen, Cheryl said: “I’m really surprised by Zara’s behaviour – it’s definitely out of character.
“But, although it’s not her proudest moment, she hasn’t committed any crime.”
And Zara admitted that letting her mum down was her biggest regret about the whole thing.
“Before I even went into the villa, my mum said, “Don’t sleep with anybody.” So I let my mum down, and that really still upsets me,” she told Ok! Magazine.
“I haven’t committed a crime, I haven’t done anything to hurt anyone, but yes, I made this mistake. I’ve accepted that and we have to move forward now.”
