Towie’s Lydia Bright insists there is ‘no going back’ with ex boyfriend Arg

TOWIE'S Lydia Bright has insisted her relationship with ex James Arg Argent is well and truly OVER after the couple had a heartfelt confrontation.
The blonde seemingly hammered the final nail in the coffin of their seven-year love and has confessed the "difficult" discussion resulted in complete closure.
Lydia, 26, called time on their love last month yet has now lifted the lid on how tough the aftermath has been.
Talking of their feisty showdown on the ITVBe show the bubbly blonde said: "It was difficult and I'm glad it's done because for me now it means closure.
"It's done, it's out there and I've said what I wanted to say.
"I had to be quite brutal but that's the only way I could play it - it was all from the heart."
She added: "For me there is no going back, we have been through a lot over the years but I reached my limit the evening we broke up.
"It has been very difficult but it's made me a much stronger person."
The reality show favourites have dated since their teenage years.
Yet The Sun first reported they had split in May because Arg allegedly relapsed into taking cocaine.
“They have broken up and it’s for good this time.
“It happened because he relapsed. Lydia came home early from an event in London and found Arg a bit out of it.
“She’s absolutely devastated. He doesn’t want this, and drugs just aren’t her lifestyle. He went to rehab and she stood by him.”
Lydia revealed the pair hadn't spoken properly in the three months since their split and added she had jetted off on heartbreak holidays to Indonesia and Vegas.
Despite the large period of silence she didn't plan what she wanted to say to Arg until she bumped into him.
She said: "That's why I swore when I saw him.
"Everything I said was completely from the heart and what I wanted to say at the time."

Having her relationship drama played out on-screen hasn't deterred the beauty from another TV romance.
Yet she added she was completely happy being young, free and single.
Lydia, who branded her recent confrontation with co-star Megan McKenna as "ludicrous" said: "I just want to enjoy single life, focus on me and my career and have fun.
"I don't want to take life too seriously and I want to live in the moment and take life as it comes."
She added: "I used to be so focused on what was happening in the future but I've learned to live in the moment and enjoy what's happening now."
